Alan Peljovich, P.E.,
Alan Peljovich serves as a Practice Manager for Airport Design Consultants, Inc. (ADCI). Among his current assignments, he is responsible for the Program Management of ongoing airfield design and construction tasks at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. This $350 million program will ensure that the runways and taxiways at BWI Marshall will meet all current FAA Standards as required by Congressional Mandate by December 31, 2015. This challenging once in a career assignment provides Alan the opportunity to interface with dozens of stakeholders including the FAA, Federal, State & Local Governments, Airlines, Airport Tenants, Amtrak, surrounding land owners and the public in addition to managing the consulting companies involved.
Alan is a native of Atlanta. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology receiving a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in 1993. He is a registered Professional Engineer in several states and has been responsible for billions of dollars of public sector infrastructure projects in the United States, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Alan is married to Jennifer Gladstone Peljovich, a former television news anchor and founder of Gladstone Creative Media. They have two children and one completely crazy labradoodle.
Alan is a proud member of the Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland Board of Directors serving as Immediate Past President and sitting on the Kitchen and Finance Committees. He has previously served on several committees and in roles including Board Secretary, Co-Chair of the Annual Culinary Extravaganza and the Information Technology Improvement Committee.
